How To Cook a Perfect Chicken Breasts (5 Second Guide)

I wasn’t sure if I should post this or not, but don’t you hate it when you’re looking for “how-to” something on Google and you get tons of articles with too much fluffs that doesn’t get to the point right away?

Well, that’s what just happened to me and I felt compel to blog this.  It’s all about being a good steward of time.

Perfect chicken breastHere’s a Quick 5 Second guide on “How to” cook a moist & tender perfect chicken breast.

  1. Salt and pepper on both sides
  2. Olive oil and butter on medium heat pan
  3. 10 minutes each side with lid on (very important)
  4. Let it rest for 5 minutes

    Medium pan: medium heat or medium size… or thickness?

    Just for clarity.

    • Medium heat… as for thickness, I guess it’s standard size chicken breast. All the articles didn’t specify this either. Thanks.

  3. I think the lid was a great point. That seems to be the easiest way to keep the chicken moist. I’ve cooked a lot of dry chicken in my past before I learned that trick. lol
