I wasn’t sure if I should post this or not, but don’t you hate it when you’re looking for “how-to” something on Google and you get tons of articles with too much fluffs that doesn’t get to the point right away?
Well, that’s what just happened to me and I felt compel to blog this. It’s all about being a good steward of time.
- Salt and pepper on both sides
- Olive oil and butter on medium heat pan
- 10 minutes each side with lid on (very important)
- Let it rest for 5 minutes
